Day by day itinerary

Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire National park

Your 2 day private safari begins with an early morning pick up from Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy a full day game drive while spotting wildlife such as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park as you explore the beautiful landscapes along the Tarangire River. Later in the evening, drive to your midrange safari lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha

After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive inside the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy spectacular scenery and excellent wildlife viewing while exploring the crater floor. After lunch, drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your unforgettable 2 day private midrange safari in Tanzania.
